Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. whipped topping 1 cup confectionery sugar 1 batch sugar cookie dough 3 oranges, sliced 2 apples, sliced
Spread cookie dough evenly over a pizza pan and let cook according to cookie directions. Remove from oven when dough is cooked solid but before it browns on the edges. Blend cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping together. After cookie crust has cooled, spread mixture over cookie. Lay fruit slices over mixture in a circular design.
