  • 8.5 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 TBS. onion, grated
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
Pat dry pineapple, peppers and onion with paper towels. Mix together cream cheese, seasoned salt, pineapple, pepper, onion and one cup pecans. Form into a ball and coat with remaining pecans.
