  • 5 lbs. red potatoes
  • 3 lbs. onions
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 sticks butter
  • Seasoning to taste: (garlic salt, chili powder, black pepper, red pepper)
Wash potatoes and peel onions; slice both about 3�8- to 1�4-inch thick. Wash carrots. Put vegetables, butter and sprinkles of seasoning into Dutch oven. Add 1 to 11�2 inches water. Cook at 350 degrees one hour or until carrots are tender.
