  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 2 small packages peach gelatin
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
Drain sliced peaches and set juice aside. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Measure peach juice and add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin and refrigerate until syrupy.
Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add peaches and beat again. Add chilled gelatin to mixture and beat until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into salad mold or 9x13 inch dish and chill until firm.
