BAKED SPAGHETTI

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 26 oz. canned spaghetti sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef in iron skillet. Add onion, green pepper, chili powder, oregano, spaghetti sauce and salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Prepare spaghetti using directions on box. In a large glass baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, half the sauce and half the cheese then repeat layers. Bake for one hour.
