  • 1 chicken, cut into pieces
  • oil (optional)
  • Sweet potato, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • Pumpkin tips, chopped
  • Corn (on cobs)
  • Milk of two coconuts
  • Salt
  • Curry powder as desired
Place the chicken in a pot with a small amount of oil, if necessary. Place the sweet potato on top of the chicken, followed by the green onion and pumpkin tips. Break the corn into pieces and place on top of greens. Squeeze coconut milk over the mixture to cover. Cover and bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes. Add salt and curry powder if desired and serve. Vegetables, meat and liquid may be separated for serving.
