  • 1 cup organic puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup raw hulled sesame seeds
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut or 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free malt-sweetened carob chips
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
In a mixing bowl, combine cereal, sesame seeds, coconut, oats and carob chips.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dry mixture and mix well. Press into a 8-inch by 8-inch pan.
Cut into 1-inch squares, cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator.
