GREEN TOMATO KETCHUP

Ingredients:
4 or 5 gallons green tomatoes
6 large onions
3 large green peppers
2 quarts vinegar
2 quarts sugar
4 tsp. salt
1⁄2 tsp. pepper
Slice tomatoes and onions. Cut peppers into small pieces and combine with tomatoes and onions. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for two to three hours, stirring occasionally.
