GINA’S THREE-CHEESE COOKIES

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 large egg 1/2 cup low-fat evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Form into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes.
