PEDRO’S POPCORN

Ingredients:
1 bag unsalted popcorn, popped
1/2 to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread popcorn on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Place in oven and heat until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese while popcorn is still hot. Cool completely.
