  • 4 TBS sugar
  • 2 TBS cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 TBS milk
  • 3 TBS oil
  • 3 TBS chocolate chips (optional)
  • Splash of vanilla extract
In a large mug, combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add the milk and oil and mix again. Add the chocolate chips, if desired, and the vanilla extract and mix. Microwave on high for three minutes (at 1000 watts). The batter will rise over the top of the mug but will not spill. Let cool.
