  • 2 lbs. white seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs. red seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash grapes and dry completely. Roast pecans for three minutes. Mix cheese and white sugar. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and vanilla then combine with cheese mixture. Mix with grapes and pour into a serving dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix and refrigerate overnight.
