  • 2 large. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 package crushed crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken until tender, about 15 minutes, and steam broccoli until tender, about five minutes. Mix chicken and broccoli together and place in baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry powder and lemon juice; pour over chicken and broccoli and stir. Top with cheese and crackers. Bake 20 minutes.
