  • 16 oz. fat-free whipped topping
  • 16 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 pkg. instant fat-free vanilla pudding
Drain the juice from the oranges and pineapple; reserve juice. Dice the oranges into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and the yogurt and mix. Add the oranges and pineapple to the whipped topping mixture and combine well.
Add the pudding to the mixture and stir well. If the fluff is too thick, add some of the orange and pineapple juice to the mix until it reaches desired consistency.
Chill at least one hour until ready to serve.
