BAKED SPAGHETTI
Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1â�„2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 (26 oz) cans spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Brown beef in an iron skillet. Add onion, green pepper, chili powder, oregano and spaghetti sauce. Stir and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Prepare spaghetti following package instructions, cooking until pasta is just at the tender stage of being done.
In a large glass baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, then half of the sauce. Sprinkle half of the cheese. Repeat layering. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
