Bean Dip

  • 15 ounce can of beans, prefer ably black beans or pintos
  • 15 ounce can hominy
  • 15 ounce can corn
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, diced
  • green pepper, diced
  • 10 ounce Italian dressing
  • Texas Pete, to taste
Drain cans of beans and hominy. Put into a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix together, and add salt and pepper, to taste. Add Texas Pete or other hot sauce as desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
