SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. lean ground hamburger
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 cup ketchup
1 cup apple jelly
Combine hamburger and soup mix. Mix well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll hamburger mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes.
To make the sauce: In a saucepan on medium heat, combine ketchup and jelly. Bring to a simmer.
When meatballs are done, put into a large serving bowl and pour sauce over them.
