1/2 cup white rice
1 1/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 TBS dried oregano or other dried herbs
Place all ingredients in 1 1/2 qt. microwave safe bowl. Lightly cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high until water boils (usually 1-11/2 minutes). Remove and stir. Cover again and microwave at 40 per cent power for 12-14 minutes (depending on oven power). Fluff with fork before serving. Serves 2.
