ICE CREAM IN A BAG

Ingredients:
  • 1 resealable quart-size plastic bag
  • 1 resealable gallon-size plastic bag
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla
  • Ice (enough to fill one of the bags)
  • Rock salt
Fill quart-size bag with milk, sugar and vanilla; seal bag.
Fill gallon-size bag with ice and some rock salt. Put the milk mixture bag inside the bag with the ice and salt. Seal the bag of ice. Toss back and forth with someone else for about five minutes or play hot potato with it. Be careful not to burst the bags. After five minutes, open the bags and check to see if the consistency of the milk mixture has turned to ice cream. If not, re-seal both bags and toss it back and forth for a few more minutes.
