  • 2 boxes rainbow rotini pasta
  • 1 large container grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 4 small English cucumbers
  • 1 medium can black olives
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 small package fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 bottle fat-free Ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 TBS bacon bits
  • shredded cheese (optional)
Boil pasta as directed. Drain and rinse. In a large bowl, mix pasta with the vegetables.
Mix dressing, dill and bacon bits. Mix that (and optional shredded cheese) into the pasta mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cold.
Makes 8 servings.
