  • 2 lbs. country-style ribs
  • 1 TBS red pepper
  • 1 TBS black pepper
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 2 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce
Mix together red and black pepper, garlic powder and brown sugar; rub on ribs.
Place ribs in a slow cooker on low heat; pour in balsamic vinegar. Cook ovenight, then add barbecue sauce and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
