  • 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 6-oz. packet apricot gelatin mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • Nuts (optional)
Bring pineapple in its juice to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Chill until almost set.
Add buttermilk and chill again.
Fold in whipped topping (and add nuts if desired). Put into a 13- by 9-inch pan. Chill until set.
