  • 1 16-oz bag herb and spice blend stuffing mix
  • 1â�„2 of a 16-oz. bag cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1â�„2 onion, diced
  • 11â�„2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 11â�„2 32-oz. containers chicken broth
  • drippings from turkey (optional)
Mix ingredients, except eggs, evenly. Beat eggs into broth. Pour broth evenly over stuffing mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
