  • 1 box macaroni
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • 7 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1â�„2 diced onion
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 TBS celery seed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • paprika
Cook macaroni according to package directions and let cool. Chop six of the hard-boiled eggs. Mix macaroni, tomatoes, cucumber, chopped eggs, onion, sugar and celery seed with one cup mayonnaise. Sprinkle pepper over salad. Quarter remaining egg and arrange on top of salad. Dash paprika over egg.
