HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL

Two 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
One 81â�„2 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
1â�„4 cup chopped green pepper
2 TBS grated onion
1â�„2 TBS seasoning salt
Mix all ingredients, using 1 cup of the pecans. Chill in refrigerator.
Form into one large ball or two small balls and roll in the remaining pecans. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
Serve with crackers.
