BEAN DIP SALSA
Appetizers

Ingredients:
  • One 16 oz. can black beans
  • One 16 oz. can black-eyed peas
  • One 11 oz. can shoepeg corn
  • One 10 oz. can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 16 oz. zesty Italian dressing
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
Drain and rinse the black beans and black-eyed peas. Drain the corn and Ro-Tel tomatoes and dice Roma tomatoes. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with corn chips.
