BECHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients:
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 4 TBS flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
In a saucepan, brown the flour in the butter.
Add milk, broth, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until smooth.
Mix the sour cream and chicken soup together; add to cooked mixture.
Makes 12 servings.
