  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 21â�„2 cups bread flour
Combine all ingredients, mixing by hand. Take out of bowl and knead until shiny. Form into 2- or 3- inch balls, placing each ball on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees or until lightly browned.
