  • 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp. key lime zest
  • 1â�„2 cup key lime juice
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 TBS powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together condensed milk, yolks and lime zest and juice until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until pie is set. Cool completely on a wire rack (about 1 hour).
Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric beater for 2-3 minutes or until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar. Top pie with cream.
