COCONUT PIE

Ingredients:
  • 11â�„2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 TBS self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1â�„2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 cans or one small package of shredded coconut
  • 2 prepared pie crusts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine sugar, eggs and flour. Mix in milk, flavorings, margarine and coconut. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
