CHICKEN SURPRISE

Ingredients:
  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can filled with milk
  • 4-6 pats of butter
  • 1 large can fried onions
  • Poultry seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In the baking dish, combine the soups and the milk; mix well. Lay the chicken breasts into the pan and season with the chicken seasoning then place a pat of butter on each piece of chicken. Top with the fried onions.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.
