  • 3 potatoes, sliced and boiled
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 pieces smoked bacon, diced
  • 1â�„2 pint heavy cream
  • 8 slices Reblochon cheese
Place potato slices, onion slices and smoked bacon in a casserole dish. Cover with cream and slices of Reblochon cheese to make Tartiflette. Bake the Tartiflette at 375 degrees for around 30 minutes or until cheese is toasted.
To eat it, cut it into squares and serve like lasagna, or simply scoop it out onto your plate.
