Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1â�„2 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 TBS. sour milk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1â�„2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
Blend brown sugar, beaten eggs, flour, vanilla, sour milk, baking soda and mashed bananas. Mix in walnuts and margarine.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
