  • 7 strips of bacon
  • 8 to 10 jalapeños
  • 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
Cook four strips of bacon until crisp; dice.
Split jalapeños in half lengthwise, leaving the ends by the stem uncut. Remove and discard the seeds.
Mix cream cheese and bacon bits together. Fill the jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap with 1�3 strip of bacon around each jalapeño. Put a toothpick through each pepper to hold the bacon in place.
Grill for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
