GRILLED JALAPENOS WRAPPED IN BACON
7 strips of bacon
8 to 10 jalapeÃ±os
8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
Cook four strips of bacon until crisp; dice.
Split jalapeÃ±os in half lengthwise, leaving the ends by the stem uncut. Remove and discard the seeds.
Mix cream cheese and bacon bits together. Fill the jalapeÃ±os with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap with 1â�„3 strip of bacon around each jalapeÃ±o. Put a toothpick through each pepper to hold the bacon in place.
Grill for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
