  • 1 6 lb. chicken
  • 2 TBS mustard
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1â�„2 TBS onion powder
  • 1â�„2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 1â�„2 TBS pepper
  • 1â�„2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1â�„2 TBS Season All
  • 1â�„2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1â�„2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 TBS paprika
Heat grill to low heat, using mesquite or hickory chips.
Rinse and pat the chicken dry.
Rub with the two tablespoons of mustard. Combine remaining ingredients and rub on chicken. Smoke for 21�2 to 3 hours or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
