JIFFY PLUS CORN BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 small can cream corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly moistened. Pour into a well greased pan; bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
