CASHEW GRAVY
Sauces

Ingredients:
  • 1â�„2 cup washed raw cashews
  • 2 cups water
  • 41â�„2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 11â�„2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. to 1 TBS soy sauce
  • 1â�„2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1â�„2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1â�„2 tsp. garlic powder
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Cook over medium high heat until thickened, stirring constantly. It will thicken further as it cools.
