  • 2 lbs. confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 TBS peppermint extract
  • 1â�„2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1â�„2 bar (2 oz.) wax
Combine the first four ingredients; add milk and mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on waxed paper. Chill 20 minutes, then flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass. Chill 30 more minutes.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and wax and mix together. Dip the patties in chocolate then place on waxed paper until set.
