EASY COCONUT CAKE
Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 (5 oz.) packages frozen coconut
  • 1 yellow cake
Combine the sour cream, sugar and coconut; let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Split cake into four layers. Spread coconut mixture between layers and on top and sides of cake; refrigerate. Keeps two or three days in refrigerator.
