  • 12 pieces of chicken
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple or orange marmalade
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the chicken on a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Bake until brown and crispy.
Place all other ingredients in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for about five minutes. Remove chicken from oven and pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and place back in oven for about 45 minutes.
