CHEESY POTATOES
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. margarine
Peel and cube the potatoes; boil until almost done. Drain potatoes and place back in pan on stovetop; add all other ingredients. Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture begins to thicken and potatoes are done.
