  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1â�„2 cup warm half and half
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Press the pie crusts into the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir the chocolate into the butter until melted. Remove from heat and add the sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add warm half and half. Pour mixture into the crust-covered baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
