  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 or 4 carrots
  • 1â�„2 green bell pepper
  • 1â�„2 onion
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 5 radishes
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1â�„4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste
Shred the vegetables and allow to drain overnight to remove most of the moisture.
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings together; stir in vegetables. Spread on whole wheat bread with crusts removed.
