A crowd estimated at between 3,500 and 4,000 people attended the preview. The expo will be open to the public from 4 to 8 p.m. today. DeCarlo Collette, a member of the Patrick Henry Community College culinary arts program, prepares food for Tuesday night’s “The Taste of Martinsville-Henry County” at the trade show. Fifteen restaurants and food services prepared samples of their recipes for the VIP night.
Fred Norton plays the part of Shrek for “Shrek the Musical” by PHCC and the Patriot Players at their Fast Track booth. The production will be May 30-31 and June 2 and 5-7. HD Web Studios’ booth has the theme of “Relax, let your website work for you,” as structural integrationist Leigh Anne Meadows gives a massage to Tom Brockman at the web studio’s booth. Glenn Wood and Linda Plaster talk to Fast Track guests at the RTI International Metals booth.
