A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for the new exhibit, “Martinsville Speedway: 65 Years” at the Historic Henry County Courthouse. The official pace car for the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300, a 2012 Toyota Camry, was on display for the exhibit opening. The ribbon is cut opening the exhibit by (from left) Felicia Rupert, administrative assistant/film associate for the Martinsville Henry County Economic Development Corp.; Martinsville City Councilman Mark Stroud; Martinsville Mayor Kim Adkins; Debbie Hall, executive director, Martinsville-Henry County Historical Society; Henry County Administrator Tim Hall; Henry County Supervisor Debra Buchanan; and Clay Campbell, president of Martinsville Speedway.
