Draper Associates, in July 1938, which map is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Henry County, Virginia, in Plat Book 1, Page 57 and also recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Martinsville in Plat Book 1, Page 48. Parcel Two: All that certain small strip or parcel of land situated just off the North margin of Oakwood Court, of Forest Park Subdivision of Lanier Farm, Incorporated, which lot or parcel of land is described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point in the dividing line between Lots #23 and #24 in Oakwood Court and running with new dividing line, North 28 degs. 52' East 109.26 feet to a point; thence North 36 degs. 28' East 121.6 feet to a point; thence running back with the old dividing line between Lots #23 and #24, South 0 degs. 52' West 230.06 feet to the point of BEGINNING, and being all of that small strip of land as shown on plat of Oakwood Court, prepared June 4, 1941, by H.S.
