Green, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Henry County, Virginia, and more particularly described below, the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust being in default, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, having been directed to do so by the Noteholder, will offer for sale for cash or other immediately available funds at public auction to the highest bidder, ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21, 2019, AT 11:00 A.M., AT PIEDMONT ARTS ASSOCIATION, 215 STARLING AVENUE, MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA, 24112, the following described property and all appurtenances thereto: PARCEL 1: Tax Map #50.3(034)001/007, PIN 107830000 Credit Line Deed of Trust dated June 17, 2001 and recorded as Instrument Number 010003897. FURTHER GRANTED AND CONVEYED HEREIN is all of Grantor's right, title and interest in a 24 foot easement to a certain tract or parcel of land located in the Old Oak Level Section of Reed Creek District, Henry County, Virginia, described as follows: An Easement 24 feet in width from the dedicated outlet roadway leading to State Road #672 to the property conveyed to Arthur C. Mouyios, prepared by J.A. Gustin & Associates, P.E. & L.L.S., dated August 27, 1986, (deed incorrectly has date of August 2, 1986) recorded in the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Deed Book 424, Page 725, and also shown on Map of Fieldale Development Subdivision recorded in Map Book 2, Page 313 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office; and being the same property the grantor herein acquired by deed from Glen M. All that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon located and appurtenances thereon located, presently known as 1047 Southland Drive, Martinsville, Virginia, situated in the Ridgeway Magisterial District of Henry County, Virginia, on the Southwesterly side of Southland Drive Extension, and being known and designated as Lot 19A of Section "J", of the Holiday Properties Subdivision, as shown on a map legended "Plat of Resubdivision of Holiday Properties", map showing Southland Drive Extension, developed by Holiday Properties, Inc., prepared by Lawrence W. Cockram, recorded in the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Map Book 76, Page 142; and being the same property the grantor herein acquired by deed from J. Albert Stultz, Jr. and Sandra T. Stultz, husband and wife, dated September 8, 2004, recorded as Instrument No. 049996235 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office, to which deed and map reference is here had for a more particular description of the property hereby conveyed.
